What you should know
- BREAKFAST
We remind you that in our structure we do not serve breakfast directly but you can have it 800 meters from Casa Marzipane in the "Antica Panetteria" café-pastry shop in via Alessandro Valignani, 245.
You can choose from a variety of sweet and savory classics and freshly baked!
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm unless special needs that we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Check-out will have to be within hours 10.30, this allows us to deliver the rooms to new arrivals ordered, clean and sanitized. A hasty work does not coincide with a perfect cleaning and does not fall within our standards, so we kindly ask you to inform us in advance a possible delay.
- ROOM CLEANING
For stays of 7 nights, room cleaning and change of all linen are provided mid-stay, on Wednesday
- KIDS
With a heavy heart, Casa Marzapane cannot accommodate children under the age of 15.
The structure is equipped with only double rooms and has points not to test children.

We love them but we regret to inform you that we cannot accept other four-legged friends.

- SWIMMING POOL
Our pool has been designed with a purpose, relaxing immersed in the sounds and colors of the countryside. When you arrive at Casa Marzapane you will not see it immediately, the swimming pool is hidden behind a wall of ancient stones and looks at the hill and the mountain in front of it. Its position allows you to have maximum intimacy. The pool has a size of 4 x 6 meters and a height of 1.20 meters.
